Little about myself.

I am 3 years older than the kennel and has grown up with dogs around me.
I started in a very early age to nag about having my own dog but unfortunately I wasn’t that lucky.
I was told that the responsibility was too big for me.

So I had to settle with being a dogwalker.
I thought it was equally fun to ”dogsit” dogs of small breeds as it was to ”dogsit” larger races and we were soon friends the dogs and I.

But I never gave up hope about one day owning my very own dog.
And, finally, in June 1974 I got my first Bedlington terrier.
Blue Light Monich. Unfortunately she was never shown.

Soon I wanted puppies and asked Erling about borrowing a male from him. He loaned me INT.DT.LUXB.CH Charm CS Ullien. He stood as breeder of the puppies so that they bore the name of the kennel, Blue Light.

In 1978 saw two beautiful blue girls the light of day for the first time and of course I kept them both! Blue Light Melissa unfortunately injured her foot and couldn’t be shown. Her sister, Blue Light Milena became quickly a NUCH.

In 1985 I bought the sandy male Blue Light’s Arico, who also aquired
the title NUCH.

I have both had 2 Belgian Shepherds and 3 Rottweilers with my Bedlises and that has gone terrific.

In 1991 I got the blue male Blue Light’s Super Star, he too NUCH.

Then Erling went to Sweden and brought home the beautiful little sandy bitch Fracas Lovely Dream for me. This little lady managed quickly to get 2 CERT and CACIB.

NUCH Blue Light’s Super Star and Fracas Lovely Dream has been the two greatest building bricks that my breeding is based on and from the two I have gotten 2 litters (see under litters)

The kennel’s latest HP in Breeder’s class,
was judged by judge Michael Kirby, Ireland:

Very happy with the breed type. Very typical for the breed. Conformation generally is very good. Movement for most of them excellent. Temperament very typical. All the dogs excellent presented.

I want to thank Bla Skuggan, Ann-Marie and Rolf Lyberg, for a good partnership and for the two great dogs I have bought from them:

Bla Skuggans After Dark (Alfred), who in a short matter of time got the titles N.SUCH Nord UV-02, and Bla Skuggans Bright’N’Beauty (Lina), who was NV-02 only 10 months old.
She is of course also NUCH.

N.SUCH Nord UV-02 Bla Skuggans After Dark was also the most winning Bedlington in
2002 and 2003 while NUCH NV-02 Bla Skuggans Bright’N’Beauty was the best achieved
bitch in 2002 and 2003.

Both dogs are tested healthy.

My latest import is from Scottland, from kennel Honeymist and Shirley Davies. Honeymist Norway Nights (Nova) is also a great representative for the breed, she too healthy.

I had no opportunity to go to this kennel myself to pick out a puppy so I trusted Mrs. Davies to pick out a puppy I could use for both showing and breeding.
